Branch configuration

Steps for setting up a new branch:



Fill in basic information and provide a valid email address.



Specify the number of seats and the total area.



Configure the service calendar.

Click on the Service Calendar (left sidenav), then drag and drop your service periods into the corresponding time slots on the grid.


Note: Creating and editing service periods is done through the Configuration > General Settings section. Read article Section configuration et paramètres (available in french only for now)

Set up your departments and workstations

Departments are used to group/categorize your workstations. For example, a "Kitchen" department could include stations like "Dishwashing," "Cooking," "Grill," etc., while a "Front of House" department could group stations like "Reception," "Table Service," "Bar," etc. This categorization will be used for personnel management, expense classification, and report generation.

Click on the Departments (left sidenav), then add departments and stations by pressing the corresponding ( + ) buttons.



Define your payroll and fixed expenses.

Click on the Finances (left sidenav), then press the Configure Payroll button.



Select an accounting period type and the start date of the next period. Finally, determine the approximate payroll for each of your departments and press Apply.



Click on a station (on the right) to view its payroll.



If necessary, you can adjust the default salary by pressing Adjust Default Salary:
