Configuring minimum quantities

RESTOCK can save you considerable time by updating your order book automatically when stock quantities reach the defined limit. This feature automates the planning of your orders while helping you reduce food loss attributable to the expiration of unused products.

To take advantage of this feature, go to Product List (Stocks) and set a minimum quantity for each products.

When turned on, RESTOCK automatically manages the minimum quantities to order for each of your eligible products based on your purchases and sales velocity.



To enable it, go to the Locations > Inventory then toggle the RESTOCK Ai switch.



A product's eligibility for automatic calculation may vary depending on several factors such as: supply, inventory fluctuations, frequency of use, etc.

If necessary, you can disable it for a specific product by turning off RESTOCK Ai via the minimum quantity input.
