# Maitre'D - Troubleshooting

### Live sales have stopped working

###### To resolve this issue:

1. In the Maitre'D back office, click **Server Control**.

2. In the new window, click **View** *(top menu)*, then **Options...**

3. In the new window, click **Table Management** *(left menu)*.

4. On the right, in the **Interface** dropdown, select **Generic XML**, then click the **Apply** button at the bottom of the window.

5. Within a few minutes, live sales should start working again on your RESTOCK dashboard.
