RESTOCK Scale User Guide
A BLUETOOTH-CONNECTED SCALE THAT MAKES YOUR LIQUOR INVENTORY EASIER
Liquor, spirits and wine stocktaking is a challenging and critical task for restaurants and bars. RESTOCK Scale is the perfect tool to accomplish this task effortlessly and precisely.
Pairing the Bluetooth Scale:
First, make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your tablet. There is no need to manually pair the scale with your tablet.
Launch the RESTOCK app, then go to Inventory section. Select a product to weigh whose format is either mass or volume (eg: gr, ml).
Turn on your RESTOCK Bluetooth scale.
Toggle the calculator interface to Scale mode. The screen should display the word SEARCHING for a few seconds before changing to CONNECTING:
Once connected, the scale is ready to use:
Scale not detected? Make sure your tablet has Bluetooth turned on. Turn off the scale then turn it back on and tap TRY AGAIN
Weigh and save tare (weight of empty container):
To subtract the tare to obtain the actual weight of the contents, first place the empty container on the scale then press the Tare button.
The weight of the empty container will then be stored for this product.
It is also possible to set the tare weight directly on the product sheet of the RESTOCK dashboard. You can set a different tare for each format:
Weigh an item:
Place the item to be weighed on the scale. The weight of contents will be displayed on the screen. Then press the ( + ) button to store the value.
If you have several bottles/containers for this product, simply weigh the next one and press the ( + ) button again
Once finished, press Confirm to save the quantity in your inventory.
To reset the weight back to zero, simply press ( C )
