Printing from a tablet

Printing labels via the Restock app for tablets does not require any special configuration other than a working Bluetooth connection.

Printing from a computer

In order to print labels from the Restock dashboard on a computer, you must install «BROWSER PRINT» from Zebra's website:

1. Click on the link that corresponds to your operating system:

Windows: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/support-eula/browser-print-eula.html

Mac: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/support-eula/browser-print-eula-osx.html

2. Click ACCEPT AND BEGIN DOWNLOAD to accept the conditions and start the download.

3. Once the download is complete, open the file and execute the installer. Simply follow the installation instructions.

Printhead resolution (DPI)

For the labels to print properly, you must first check the box that corresponds to your printer's printhead resolution (DPI). If you don't have this information, you can check on the manufacturer's website. On some models, the resolution is listed on the print configuration label.

Tip: If the text on your labels seems off or scaled down, try checking either box (203 / 300 DPI) and try again.
